Assessment of the Tribological Properties of the Steel/Polymer/Steel Sandwich Material LITECOR

چکیده
The article presents the results of tribological investigations into steel/polymer/steel sandwich material LITECOR® developed by ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe for applications in automotive industry. Friction tests were carried out means a strip drawing test with use special tribotester mounted on uniaxial tensile machine. influence sheet deformation value coefficient friction (COF) was considered. For this purpose, samples subjected to pre-deformation 4%, 8% and 12%. different force values under conditions, i.e., dry conditions lubrication surface L-AN 46 machine oil. highest COF observed as-received sheets. In contrast, apart from process lowest analysed, pre-strained sheets efficiency specimens ? = 4% between 10.5% 16.3%, trend increasing force. 12%, there decreasing effectiveness 14.9% 9.03% an increase
